The experience
behind Blackwater.
Shane brings more than 25 years of building experience, extensive knowledge of custom home building, and a background in property development and industrial demolition. Ryan brings construction experience since 2019, a strong understanding of property insurance and business management, and proficiency in estimating software and platforms.
Together, they help owners understand what needs to be built or repaired, what the work involves and how it is estimated—including projects where insurance is part of the process.
