We’ll discuss the scope, your desired start date and what the project needs. For larger work, let us know about existing plans and any preferred subcontractors.
Meet at the property.
A face-to-face visit gives us a chance to walk through the work together. The initial consultation and estimate are free.
Get comfortable with the direction.
Smaller projects may use our in-house rendering software. For larger projects, we coordinate with architects and designers as the project requires.
Agree on the next step.
The scope and project dates are discussed together. Sending an inquiry starts a conversation; it does not reserve a start date.
