What kind of work do you focus on?
Commercial property maintenance comes first. We also offer commercial construction, commercial-focused demolition, land clearing, excavation, grading and site work, renovations and remodeling, and custom homes.
Can I discuss one-time work or ongoing maintenance?
Yes. Tell us whether you have a one-time property need or want to discuss ongoing upkeep.
Where do you work?
Our day-to-day work centers on Naples, Fort Myers, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, Bonita Springs, Estero and Cape Coral. Our full reach extends from Sarasota to Marco Island, including the communities in between.
Do I need finished plans before calling?
No. We can start with your ideas or existing plans. For smaller projects, we can use in-house software for renderings; for larger projects, we coordinate with architects and designers.
What should I include in my inquiry?
Your name, phone number, the project town and a short description of the work. Desired timing is helpful. For larger projects, we can discuss existing plans and preferred subcontractors on the phone.
What happens after I contact Blackwater?
We start with a phone conversation, discuss the work and arrange a property visit. It is a chance to meet face-to-face before deciding on the next step.
Does an inquiry reserve a start date?
No. Project scope and dates are discussed and agreed together.
What if insurance is involved?
Let us know during the first conversation. Blackwater brings 10+ years of property insurance experience alongside 30+ years of building experience. We can discuss the building work and how that background may be useful to your project.
